Tips and How To Use
Moisten cotton ball with solution and smooth gently over skin, concentrating on nose, forehead and chin, and above the eyes. Change cotton ball when soiled. Continue until no residue remains on cotton ball. Rinse skin thoroughly with water.

I have been using this for years. It leaves my skin feeling clean without drying it out. My son started using it when he was a teenager and was having bad acne and nothing was clearing up his skin. In combination with your Oatmeal Scrub, his skin cleared up and had a nice smooth, soft texture. And it did not irritate his skin after shaving.
