Availability

We try our best to have all the KWA products available for you when you order. If products our not available at the time of placing order KWA will ship items as they become available.

Mistakes

We try hard to make sure all of the information in our catalog or website is correct, but sometimes mistakes do happen. KWA is not responsible for typographical or printing errors.

Shipping

Shipping Charge within the contiguous United States

FedEX Standard Delivery (1-7 days) $8.95

FedEX Second Day Delivery* $42.90

FedEX Next day delivery* $52.90

* Delivery time is number of business days after ship date, weekend delivery is not included.  In-stock items will ship on the same day on all express delivery for orders placed online, called or faxed in by 1:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Our shipping department is closed on weekends.

Deliveries Outside the contiguous United States

For shipment to HI, AK, and PR please add $12.95 to the standard Shipping/Processing Charge.

International Shipping & Canada

Key West Aloe ships to Canada and and other countries with TNT. International shipping is based on weight and location and will be quoted prior to shipping. No expedited service is available. Key West Aloe is not responsible for additional fees, such as customs, duties, or taxes, charged by the Canadian government or delivery surcharges that may be charged by Canada Post.

Sales tax

For Florida residents, sales tax is added to your order.

Refunds & exchanges

The Key West Aloe satisfaction guarantee

Key West Aloe is committed to providing you high-quality products. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return products ordered from our catalog or website any time within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

• Please return your items with a copy of your invoice, in a prepaid parcel, using an insured carrier. Key West Aloe is not responsible for return postage or lost or misdelivered items.
• Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Key West Aloe cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail locations or third parties with the exception of Key West Aloe showrooms.
• Retail locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our catalog or website.
• Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
