Foot Care Tips

Your feet are your connection to the planet, and deserve the same pampering as the rest of your body – maybe even more so. Don’t overlook them in your daily skin care routine. Here are some tips for healthy, happy feet: 

  1. Be sure to wear sunblock on your feet when at the beach.

  2. When you’re moisturizing after a shower, sit down and put some lotion on your feet. Work it in with a firm circular motion to stimulate circulation.

  3. Always wear properly fitting shoes. Don’t sacrifice comfort for fashion.

  4. Treat rough, calloused areas with a natural Aloe vera-based product that helps hydrate dry skin, and slough away dead skin.

  5. Cut your toenails straight across, never at an angle.

  6. Avoid walking barefoot to keep your feet injury-free.
